A Linux package manager is a utility to that can quickly search, download and install applications within Linux. These vary from distro to distro and can making installing all of the dependencies for SCInterface much easier if they are configured correctly. Some examples of package managers include apt, yast and yum. The preferred package manager of SCInterface is apt for Linux.
