SConnector Configuration Guide

The following document describes how to create a new SConnector and configure it from a high level. Along with customer demand and our own internal updates and additions, it is the community that makes SCInterface stronger and help to add to the base.

1. Read over the SConnector Howto.
2. Again, read over the SConnector Howto.
3. Create your own SConnector under Admin -> SConnector (or Drivers). Use the SConnector Howto as a guide.
4. Add the application under Admin -> Application (or Game Servers or Sensors - depends on your language file begin used.
   1. Choose your newly created SConnector and the system where you will be installing it.
   2. Make sure NOT to select Install when installing - your installer probably does not exist yet.
5. After adding the application into SCInterface, manually install the application into the same directory locally on the system.
6. Finally, submit a support ticket to SCInterface - http://support.scinterface.com
   1. We will be more than happy to login and take a look to see how you have everything setup.
   2. Then, if it is acceptable for the community:
      1. We'll tarball or zip up your installed application
      2. Export your SConnector to our master repository
      3. Merge your SConnector into our master repository and then it will be publicly available.
