[edit] Where do I login to access my shared web inteface?

This is only applicable for XL and XLS packages hosted by SCInterface.

http://ui.scinterface.com

Please contact your SCInterface provider for the web URL to your SCInterface installation.

[edit] If I have 10 clients each wanting individual access with the ability to start and stop their respective servers, can SCInterface do that?

Yes, absolutely! That is exactly what SCInterface is designed to do. You can create and assign individual users for each server and each user can have 1 to infinity servers associated with their account. Basically, you have an "overall administrator account" to manage all ten servers through a single login.

[edit] Where do I download the latest version of the SC?

To download the latest version of an SC for your system, visit our Downloads area. A valid license is required in order for the SC to function on your game server.

[edit] Do I have to run an SC for each game server that I wish to control?

No, a single SC can control as many game servers as your hardware will support on one machine. Each machine only needs one SC.

[edit] Where is the interface and the SCM hosted for the GS, GL and GLT purchasing options?

Currently, we have the capability to host in: (1) New York, NY, USA (2) Dallas, Texas, USA (3) San Jose, CA, USA and (4) Rotterdam, Netherlands.

[edit] Is there a demo of SCInterface?

Yes, we would be more than happy to provide you with a live demo of SCInterface. Please contact us if you are interested in viewing a live demo. We also have compiled a set of flash tutorials for our existing customers that provides a general overview of performing various tasks within SCInterface.

[edit] Can SCInterface provide me with a server to run my SC on?

The license for the SC only includes:

  1. The SC (Server Controller) software to install on your server,
  2. The ability to use the web interface hosted by SCInterface (GL, GLS and GLT package only) and
  3. Access to SCInterface customer support for issues with SCInterface.

We do not currently provide dedicated servers or the game servers for you to host your server. We do have a list of certified SCInterface vendors that we can refer you to if are looking for a dedicated server and SC.

[edit] Can the interface be on my domain?

Yes. However, with the GL and GLS packages, we actually host the interface. This is so that your interface can be easily upgraded by our support staff whenever new versions are release. You are more than welcome to setup a 'CNAME' to redirect to your dedicated GL or GLS hosted interface to mask the presence of the scinterface.com URL. So for instance, http://controlpanel.mydomain.com can have a CNAME for http://mydomain.scinterface.com.

[edit] Where is the UI for my GL Hosted Package?
